DCI SCHOLAR PROGRAM APPLICATION
Please complete this form in application for the DCI Scholar Program. DCI Scholars will participate in a three day summer institute on July 13th through July 15th, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Upon completion of the summer institute, each participant will be assigned a DCI coach/mentor who will guide them in applying this technique throughout the 2021-2022 school year.
Participants in the Scholars Program will be required to provide approval from their school principal later this spring (instructions to follow),* and to complete a short evaluation form on-line at the conclusion of the 2021-22 school year.
