SIMONE PHILLIPS

Simone Phillips is founder of the SPG Group, LLC Consultancy Firm, a company that provides professional and personal development training to non-profit, for-profit, faith-based organizations and individuals in the areas of HIV/AIDS Prevention and Care, HIV+ Peer Development, Facilitation Skills, HIV Stigma and Diversity. For the past 15 years, Phillips has worked on several federally funded projects and with organizations across the nation to build organizational capacity for HIV+ peer utilization, improve healthcare retention and HIV suppression through medical adherence. Additionally, Simone Phillips serves as Regional Training Coordinator for the Midwest AIDS Training and Education Center- Missouri (MATEC- MO). She is passionate about community service and utilizes her skills as a certified life coach and spiritual consultant to contribute to the uplift of humanity.
