Jaison McCall

Jaison K.D. McCall joined Prosperity Connection first in 2011, in the role of Financial Literacy and Community Outreach Specialist, in connection with St. Louis Community Credit Union. Since then, Jaison has been a valued coach, lead educator, a dynamic leader and the glue that holds our team together.

Jaison firmly believes that personal finance is 20% knowledge and 80% behavior. To that end, he spends time discussing behavioral trends and their effect on financial strategies and outcomes. Through this combination, he is certain that family legacies can be not only built but also fortified. He has a background in finance, business, education, and counseling. Additionally, Jaison has completed Dave Ramsey’s Financial Coach Master Series.

Jaison’s responsibilities include: Creating programs, activities, and curriculum for financial educational projects; Providing extensive outreach with key community leaders to fulfill financial literacy needs; Presenting on financial literacy topics to various individuals and organizations in the St. Louis community; Managing relationships with and provides extensive outreach to key community leaders and organizations to fulfill financial literacy needs; Providing leadership and direction to our financial coaching staff; Serving as a trusted representative of the Credit Union by serving on various community development organizations’ advisory boards.

Jaison holds dual Master’s degrees in Christian Ministry, Biblical Counseling (Missouri Baptist University) and Business Administration (Fontbonne University). He received a Bachelor of Science, Business Economics from Southeast Missouri State University.
