Appellate Judge Angela Turner Quigless

JUDGE ANGELA QUIGLESS

Judge Quigless received her Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Missouri – Columbia. She was appointed in 1995 as Associate Circuit Judge for the 22nd Judicial Circuit of Missouri by Governor Bob Holden and was retained in 1996 and 2000. In January 2003 Judge Quigless was appointed as Circuit Judge for the 22nd Judicial Circuit of Missouri and was retained in 2004 and 2010. In  April 2012 to Missouri Court of Appeal; Retained in 2014

Prior to being appointed to the bench, Judge Quigless worked in the U.S. Department of Justice-U.S. Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of Missouri, St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office, Assistant State Prosecutor, 1992-1995, St. Louis City Counselor’s Office, St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office
Missouri Public Service Commission, Missouri Department of Revenue. Her professional Memberships include The Missouri Bar, The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, National Bar Association of Women Judges, Lawyers Association of St. Louis, The American Bar Association, and the Mound City Bar Association.
